Our chefs shop the market for the freshest ingredients. Then you work as part of a team to turn them into a delicious dinner: Smoked Fish Cakes; Steamed Clams & Chorizo; Arctic Char with Brown Butter Sauce and Wild Rice Pilaf and a seasonal dessert. Wine available by the glass.
