Farm Talks: Uncle Jorge's Farm-SOLD OUT!

We're excited to introduce our new series "Farm Talks" in collaboration with St. Lawrence Market farmers in partnership with the top chefs at The Fairmont Royal York.
In this series, you'll be a part of engaging conversations with our farmers speaking to how they grow the food that you shop for at the Market every Saturday. You'll be treated to a demonstration by top chefs from the Fairmont Royal York who will be cooking up the ingredients brought directly from the farm.
UNCLE JORGE'S FARM
Jorge De Andrade is a farmer who believes in nurturing the environment and respecting the ecosystem and circle of life at his farm. Located in Dundalk ON, Jorge has been at St. Lawrence Market for six years. His farm is home to geese, turkeys, bees all living freely across his 25 acres of land. He is strong advocate of using free-range methods at his farm and on any given Saturday, customers can shop his booth to pick up a variety of organic vegetables.
At this event, you will sample a menu prepared by the Fairmont Royal York Chef.
