Make & Take: Salsa & Tomatoes

Come and work as part of a team to make tasty condiments from local summer vegetables and learn the basics of water bath canning. Recipes in this hands-on class include Canned Tomatoes, Chipotle Salsa and Pickled Peppers. And the best part is that you get to take some home for later. Jars are included.
