Everybody loves dumplings - especially when they are homemade. Learn how to make steamed, boiled and pan-fried dumplings with fresh market ingredients. Recipes in this hands-on class include Lobster Suimai, Shrimp & Shiitake wontons, Pork & Cabbage and Mixed Vegetable Potstickers. Plus two quick pickles to serve alongside.
