Everybody loves dumplings - especially when they are homemade. Learn how to make steamed, boiled and pan-fried dumplings with fresh market ingredients. Recipes in this hands-on class include Lobster Siu Mai, Pork & Cabbage Potstickers and Vegetarian Spinach Dumplings. Plus two great quick pickles.
