Saturday September 23, 2017 (10:00 am-1:00 pm)

Come and work as part of a team to make tasty condiments from fall fruits and vegetables, including: Fruit Ketchup (Chow Chow), Spiced Wine Pickled Pears and Grape Jelly. A great introduction to the basics of canning and preserving. And the best part is you get to take some home to enjoy later. Jars included.

Registration is required.
