For this hands-on class, our chefs shop the market for the finest ingredients. Then you work as part of a team to prepare a delicious French-inspired menu, including Monkfish & Potatoes with Aioli, Poule au Pot and Squash Clafouti with Candied Hazelnuts. Plus fabulous French cheeses.
*The Market Kitchen is located on the mezzanine floor of St Lawrence Market. To find it, please come in the front entrance of St Lawrence Market at 93-95 Front Street East and take the stairs up one flight, or the elevator to the MZ level.
