Cooking with Wine

Saturday January 26, 2019 (10:00 am-1:00 pm)

In this hands-on class, you work as part of a group chopping, searing and simmering to make classic dishes using red, white and fortified wines. Recipes include Spaghetti with Clams, Chicken Marsala and Tuscan Braised Lamb Shanks.

*Allergy alert: This class includes shellfish and gluten.
