Making homemade pasta is easy and fun. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make homemade potato gnocchi and fresh semolina pasta dough. Recipes include Cavatelli with Sausage & Rapini and Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto. Students will take their own uncooked pasta home. Samples prepared by the chefs will be tasted during class. 


Dietary flags: Recipes include gluten. (Sausage, pinenuts, eggs and cheese are optional.)

*Class size is limited. Proof of vaccination along with photo ID and a mask or face covering are required to attend.
