Making homemade pasta is easy and fun. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make egg pasta, plus squid ink and spinach variations. Then roll out the dough for Squid Ink Pasta with Clams, Cavatelli with Broccoli Rabe and Three Cheese Spinach Canneloni.
