Wholesome Harvest: Fall Vegetables

Saturday October 12, 2019 (10 am-12:00 pm)

Add more vegetables to your weeknight and entertaining menus. In this hands-on class, we will work with favourite and unfamiliar veggies and teach you classic cooking methods and cuts, along with simple sauces and garnishes. You will eat some here and take some home for later. Recipes include Roasted Root Veg with Chimichurri, Squash & Sage  Strudel, and Tuscan Kale with shaved fennel, lemon vinaigrette and ricotta salata cheese.

*Allergy alert - this class contains dairy and gluten. Dairy is optional in most recipes
