Making fresh pasta is easier than you think (and lots of fun). In this class, we'll make homemade egg pasta and semolina dough, then roll it out to serve with simple go-to sauces. Plus learn how to make fresh ricotta at home. Recipes include Fettucine with Mushroom Cream Sauce, Cavatelli with Sausage & Rapini and Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter & Sage. 


*Dietary Flags: Recipes include gluten, eggs, dairy & nuts. Vegetarian options are available.
