Saturday January 15, 2022 (1:00-4:00 pm)

Making fresh pasta is easier than you think (and lots of fun). In this class, you'll make your own homemade egg pasta, then roll it out and serve with simple go-to sauces. Plus learn how to make fresh ricotta at home. Recipes include Fettucine with Mushroom Cream Sauce and Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter & Sage. Students will make & take their own uncooked pasta home. Samples prepared by the chefs will be tasted during class.

*Class size is limited. Proof of vaccination along with photo ID and a mask or face covering are required to attend.

Dietary flags: Recipes include gluten, eggs and dairy.
