A cooking school to sharpen your culinary skills

Let the energy and excitement of the market place inspire you to bake, broil and braise with confidence. The Market Kitchen features a Celebrity Chef series, interactive demonstrations, dinner packages and hands-on cooking classes.

Expert chefs will guide you step-by-step through the cooking process, from food selection to mouth-watering meal. You will learn to prepare a variety of world cuisines using only the freshest of ingredients, provided by the Market’s vendors. While the cooking classes change each season, the quality remains the same.

Discover what’s on the menu for Spring/Summer 2009. In addition to scheduled cooking classes, private group instruction can be arranged for small and large groups.
