Alex Farm Products has been at the same location at the back west corner of the St. Lawrence Market for over 25 years. They offer the largest selection of cheeses from around the world in Toronto. The business has expanded over the years to 9 busy shops throughout the City.
They carry many exotic, and rare cheese not found anywhere else in the City, as well as, imported condiments, oils, dried tomatoes, pestos and other delicacies. They specialize in "artisan" cheeses produced by small operations in Europe, Quebec and Ontario. Many gourmands and chefs seek out their expertise of cheeses when creating new dishes or entertaining their friends.

Ektor Stroutzas is an experienced lecturer, demonstrator and menu builder of cheeses. He has organized many wine and cheese tasting parties for private and corporate functions.
