Owner: Peter Tsioros
| Peter began working at the Market as a butcher with his brother-in-law in 1965. He opened his own business selling candy and bulk foods in 1976. He has been in business at the same location in the Market since then. He enjoys being part of the Market and meeting all the various customers that come to buy and chat. Many of his customers are long-time clients and friends. Peter specializes in bulk organic products, sugar-free candies, soy bean snack foods, fresh shelled nuts (all kinds), wasabe peas (mild to hot!), all kinds of raisins, dried fruit, seeds, salts, spices, flours, grains and beans. He offers fresh homemade mincemeat for baking. |
