Quik Sushi has been at the same location in the lower level of the Market for since 1977; Clara took it over in 2005. They purchase all their fresh fish, veggies and other ingredients from Market vendors. Many loyal customers come back again and again for fresh sushi, soups and tempuras, and the fast and friendly take-out service. Quik Sushi also does catering for parties and corporate events.

They specialize in fresh sushi, arranged in little take-out containers of different sizes and price ranges. Everything is made fresh on the premises every day. You can watch Dan, the sushi chef, at his work behind the counter. They also have a variety of tempura beef, pork, shrimp and veggies, as well as miso soup, salads, green tea and Japanese soft drinks.

There is also a collection of beautiful Japanese tea sets, sushi sets and chopsticks for sale.
