Andrea offers a line of gourmet salts and peppers. These can be used for cooking, as well as, for health and medicinal purposes. Her salts and peppers come from around the globe. Each has its own distinctive flavour and qualities. She will gladly explain to you the various uses of her products for cooking, and demonstrate the health benefits of using her unprocessed seasonings.
Andrea has been in the salt business for over 3 years. She started with a small booth outside the Market on Saturdays and built up her customer base with her quality products. She enjoys the Market atmosphere and talking directly to her clients. She will put together gift packages or create custom blended scents for her customers.
