If you want to add more fish (& seafood) to your diet, come and learn how buy fish and prepare some easy 30 minutes (or less) recipes. In this hands-on class, you will make and sample: Panfried Cracker Catfish with Chili-Garlic Chard, Steamed Salmon (and scallops) with Ginger-Scallion Relish and Thai Green Curry Mussels.
