It's fun to make trendy Japanese-style noodle dishes at home. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make homemade Ramen with slow-cooked bone broth and char siu (braised pork belly) and Udon noodles with dashi broth.

*Vegetarian miso broth  and mushroom dashi are also available. Please inform us when registering.
