Ribs, Ribs, Ribs!

In this hands-on class, we will explore  different cuts, cooking styles, sauces (and rubs) for slow cooked BBQ baby back ribs, quick cooked Kalbi short ribs and beer-braised beef ribs. *This class includes both beef and pork ribs.

Registration is required.
