Making fresh pasta is easier than you think (and lots of fun). In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make both semolina dough and egg dough, plus simple go-to sauces. Recipes include cavatelli with sausage & rapini, fettucine, farfalle and pesto.
*Dietary Flags: Recipes include nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy. Vegetarian options available.
Registration is required.
