A Deep Dive into Choux Pastry -SOLD OUT


In this class, you’ll take a deep dive into choux pastry to create delectable éclairs and profiteroles (two ways). We'll learn to work with piping bags to create perfectly shaped and assembled choux puffs and éclairs. We'll make two different pastry cream fillings and different glazes to top the pastries. Impress your friends with these "looks harder to make than they actually are" classic French pastries! If you've made choux pastry before come along to perfect your technique!
