Mediterranean Seafood! (2nd class added)

Join cookbook author Peter Minaki for an evening of Mediterranean seafood where he will show and share his tips and tricks to make some of his favourite seafood offerings:
- tender octopus with Santorini fava puree
- fried calamari
- European sea bass (branzino) baked in salt crust
- the best Taramosalata with warm pita bread
A light dinner consisting of samples from all dishes demonstrated and refreshments will be served during the class.
