The inaugural GradsMarket Event is a one day culinary competition and a graduate showcase, sponsored by St. Lawrence Market. Open to the public, in a successful food sampling format, GradsMarket gives students from various culinary schools the opportunity to shine, network and receive feedback.
Visitors will mix and mingle, enjoy sample portions of signature dishes, get inspired for further shopping on the Market, vote for the best dish and take the opportunity to hire graduates for future events.
All ingredients will be sourced from the market and we will help you find them.
GradsMarket Event is a celebration of food and education.
