CORPORATE AND PRIVATE HANDS-ON COOKING CLASSES
The Market Kitchen works in cooperation with My Place For Dinner Inc. to run corporate, team-building and private group hands-on cooking classes.
Our cooking classes offer a unique learning experience that is guaranteed to get your team cooking at a fun and interesting offsite activity. The classes work great for team building, office celebrations and entertaining clients. And in addition to your cooking class, we also offer experiences exclusive to the St. Lawrence Market - like a market tour and historical talk with local historian Bruce Bell (brucebelltours.ca), and specialty add-ons like a themed cheese platter or a seafood and oyster bar from our market vendors.
An event runs about 3 hours, and can accommodate 15 to 80 people. (A minimum of 15 people is required for a daytime event and 20 for an evening event.) Costs cover full-course meal, still and sparking water and recipe booklets to take-home. We can customize classes to suit individual needs and accommodate allergies and food restrictions. Menus can also be created for special occasions and themes.
