Cold winter days are perfect for enjoying hearty cheese and broth fondues, especially when made with the best market ingredients. Work  as part of a team to prepare and enjoy three styles of classic fondues, including : Swiss Cheese Fondue (Emmentaler, Gruyère & Appenzeller cheeses), broth-style Fondue Chinoise and Bittersweet Chocolate Fondue.
