MARKET 'CATCH OF THE DAY' DINNER PARTY MENU

Friday March 09, 2018 (6:30-9:30 pm)

Entertaining is easy with market-fresh ingredients and fast, fresh seafood recipes (that you can put your own twists on). In this hands-on class, you'll make Classic Fish Fry with Homemade Tartar Sauce, Sweet Corn & Mussel Chowder and  'Catch of the Day`with Brown Butter and Vegetable Confetti. Plus a light and airy Baked Lemon Pudding for dessert and a  fabulous Canadian cheeseboard.

Non alcoholic drinks included. Wine and beer for sale by the glass.

*The Market Kitchen is located on the mezzanine floor of St Lawrence Market. To find it, please come in the front entrance of St Lawrence Market at 93-95 Front Street East and take the stairs  up one flight, or the elevator to the MZ level.
