Sharpen your cutting skills with this intensive hands-on tutorial and learn the basics of how to hold, sharpen, clean and purchase knives, as well as some classic cuts. You’ll soon be chopping with confidence. This class includes a soup & salad lunch. Students will make their own salad from items they've chopped during class and be served a soup prepared by our chefs.
*Registration is required.
*A mask or face covering is required to attend.
