Sharpen your cutting skills with this intensive hands-on tutorial and learn the basics of how to hold, sharpen, clean and purchase knives, as well as some classic vegetable cuts. You’ll soon be chopping with confidence. *This class includes a soup & salad lunch. Vegetarian options available.
