Making homemade pasta is easy and fun. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make egg pasta, plus squid ink and spinach variations. Then roll out the dough for Squid Ink Pasta with Clams, Cavatelli with Broccoli Rabe and Three Cheese Spinach Canneloni.
 
 
*Allergy alert - this class contains eggs, gluten, shellfish and dairy. Meat is optional.
 
Registration is required.
