Join Kalofagas on Sunday, March 24th for an afternoon cooking class to learn the tips and tricks to make some of iconic Greek seafood offerings.The class will cover: 
 
The Best Taramosalata with warm pita bread
 
Tender Octopus with Santorini Fava Puree
 
Fried Calamari with a squeeze of lemon
 
Roasted Whole European Sea Bass (Branzino)
 
A light meal (samples of all dishes demo’d) and refreshments will also be served during the class.
