Mediterranean Seafood Cooking Class

Join us on Sunday, February 16th for an afternoon cooking class where Chef Peter Minaki will share his tips and tricks to make some of his favourite seafood offerings.
- The Best Taramosalata with warm pita bread
- Tender Octopus with Santorini Fava Puree
- Fried Calamari with a squeeze of lemon
- Whole European Sea Bass(Branzino) Baked in Salt Crust
A light meal (samples of all dishes from the demonstration) and refreshments will also be served during the class.
Cost is $120.00, class size limited to 12 spots.
NOTE: A minimum of 8 attendees required for the workshop to go through.
