Join us for a fun and interactive Greek Easter baking class at St. Lawrence Market! Learn how to make traditional Greek Easter treats like tsoureki and koulourakia from scratch. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process step by step, so don't worry if you're a beginner baker. This in-person event is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in Greek culture and taste delicious homemade treats. Come alone or bring a friend - either way, you'll leave with new baking skills and sweet memories!
The instructor Peter Minaki will share his family's recipes for making Easter Koulourakia (cookies) and how to make the best Tsoureki.
